End User License Agreement (EULA)

1. Scope of License
Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, the developer grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on an Apple device that you own or control.
2. Features and In-App Purchases
- The App provides free features including: college and major queries, intelligent grouping (reach, match, safety), comprehensive evaluation reference, and historical data trends.
- "GaokaoZhiyuan Pro" is a one-time In-App Purchase (¥68) that unlocks the full list of recommendations, major-level priority sorting, and the ability to export or backup preference lists. It is a lifetime purchase with no subscriptions and no ads.
- All payments and refunds for In-App Purchases are processed by the Apple App Store. For refund requests, please contact Apple Customer Support.
3. User Responsibilities
- You agree to use the App solely for legal college application reference purposes.
- You will not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to bypass In-App Purchase validation.
- You will not use the App's output as the sole basis for your decision.
4. ⚠️ Disclaimer (Important)
All information provided by the App is for reference only and does not constitute any admission guarantee.
- The data relies on historical admission data sourced from official public channels (such as the Shanghai Educational Examinations Authority). The developer does not guarantee its absolute accuracy or timeliness.
- The exact minimum scores for top-tier institutions (580+) are hidden by official authorities; the App uses average rankings as an alternative.
- Comprehensive evaluation (Zongping) data is only a reference for shortlisting and does not predict final admission results.
- Final admission results are subject to the official announcements by the Shanghai Educational Examinations Authority and respective institutions.
- The developer shall not be held responsible for any consequences arising from your application decisions.
5. Intellectual Property
The developer retains all intellectual property rights to the App's code, UI design, and original texts. Built-in admission data belongs to public domain information, and its rights belong to the original publishing agencies.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of the App. The App is provided "as is".
7. Service Changes
The developer reserves the right to update data, adjust features, or discontinue maintenance at any time. Data is typically updated annually with new app versions.
8. Policy Updates
This Agreement may be revised from time to time. Continuing to use the App implies acceptance of the revised Agreement.
9. Applicable Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.
